This form should be completed by clubs seeking funding for an event/activity they intend on partaking in or hosting. As per policy, COC may provide only up to 75% of the total cost of the event. This request should be submitted a week prior to the COC meeting you wish to present at.

Funding for off-campus events is capped at $2000.

Completion of this form constitutes that you have read and understood the guidelines stated in the COC Constitution.
