USY Winter Kallah Host Sign Up
Thank you so much for volunteering to host USYers for our upcoming Hanefesh Winter Convention.  Here is some important information.

Date:  February 7-9, 2020
Location of event:  The Emanuel Synagogue, West Hartford

In addition to have a place for USYers to sleep (floor is fine as they will bring sleeping bags), as a host, what are you being asked to do?  All times will be finalized at a later date.
- Pick up USYers and their stuff (whether walking or driving) from Emanuel on Friday night at approximately 10 PM - if within walking distance, we will work out a way to get the USYers' stuff to your house before Shabbat.
- Provide a light breakfast on Saturday morning (Cereal, etc.)
- Bring USYers to Emanuel on Saturday morning at 9:00 AM
- Pick up USYers at Emanuel after Shabbat at approximately 6 PM and bring them back at approximately 8 PM for an evening activity.
- Pick up USYers at Emanuel at approximately 11:00 PM on Saturday - please note that we may use a school bus for this trip.
- Bring USYers (and their stuff) to Emanuel  at approximately 9:00 AM on Sunday

It would be ideal if USYers could be transported to/from your homes in a single trip to avoid excess time in transit.  If you would like to house more people than can fit in your car(s), please let us know so that we can have more drivers to assist.

Please fill out the questionnaire below so that we can appropriately match USYers to hosts.
Thank you once again for everything, and let me know if there are any questions.
