Parents/Guardians, this form will be used to begin the registration process for your student's enrollment to the FREE MVA Afterschool Program for the year 2025-2026. After this form has been completed and submitted, you will receive an email conforming your pre-registration. Once our Official Enrollment Window opens, you will recieve a message to your contact below! Thank you for your interest and time, we cannot wait to work with you and your students soon!

Padres/Tutores, este formulario se utilizará para comenzar el proceso de inscripción de su estudiante al Programa Afterschool de MVA para el año 2025-2026. Once our Registration Window Opens up in the Spring, we at VALOR will contact you to let you know how to finish your students enrollment in our Morning/Afterschool Program!

The email above is the FINAL portion of the registration. Parents/Guardians must open this email, login to the Portal with the details provided, and submit Student's information, including Emergency Contacts, Address, Allergies, etc. Once this is complete, Student may begin attending our Afterschool Program!
