The Verto Project is a 21-week pre-employment program that assists youth between the ages of 18-24 acquire the necessary skills in order to enter the workplace. Ten youth are accepted into each Intake, with a new project beginning every 9 weeks.

Verto runs Monday to Friday from 9am – 4pm. For the first 9 weeks, you will be learning how to resolve conflict positively, transition through different aspects of life, leadership development as well as various personal development areas; additionally, you will learning employment skills from the ground up.

Youth then enter into a 12-week work experience component of the program. Our Employment Coordinator works to match youth with employers, and set them up for success in the work world; you will also have a Transitional Outreach Worker along side you to help ensure your success while employed.
