This form allows you to endorse and sign on to the Wardman letter sent to the Mayor in March and is still pending.

The key points of support in the letter seeks redevelopment of the Wardman site that:

1. Provides substantial mixed income affordable housing for families;

2. Has support of the community, ANC 3C, housing and environmental advocates and your administration (seeking better land uses that may include commercial/retail space, educational extensions, land trusts/social housing, walkable-bikeable connectivity);

3. Is environmentally responsible by preserving the site’s green space and repurposing the existing structures as much as possible; and

4. Gives Carmel a reasonable return on its investment  (if Carmel is to retain the site).
