Inside what we're doing now! @Below: Wheatland's Middle School Gymnasium
We are taking screen shots with out edited texture pack that makes the blocks look like the school. Next we use Gimp 2.0 (a photo editing software) to edit our students/teachers into our Minecraft school from where they are in the real school. We will have a page full of our finished projects! We'll also tweet and them up on Instagram when they are complete. We will have some up in May!

How does Wheatland use technology?
Wheatland uses technology in many different ways. In reading class, we use our laptops. We do Diigo, BadgerLink, and so many more websites are used while being in reading. In literature, we mostly use Schoology. In diigo, you can find links and websites for information. In BadgerLink, you can do a few different things. In Schoology, you can make posts, or blogs, have pictures, join courses, and see what other people blogs or posts! We use technology in math sometimes too! We go on this game, Sumdog. You can play math games against people around the world and just classmates in general. And then you get coins for winning the games and you can buy clothes, and many other different things with the coins you earn. We also use technology in P.E. sometimes too. We do scoring on laptops for different sports and we also put answers for your fitness testing on a website on the laptops. In history we also use our laptops. We can take notes on Google Doc, we look up things for assignments, and we do projects using Prezi on the laptops. Prezi is where you can make different kinds of "cards" and presentations. Technology is even used in the science room! We mostly use the laptops and go on Socrative. Socrative can do a few different, useful things. You can answer questions, take quizes, and even vote on your classmates responses. Yes, we do use laptops, and screen computers in computer class. We do many, and many different kinds of things in computers. For our different languages, we use Rosetta Stone, which is used on our laptops. Rosetta Stone is very useful, and you can pick form quiet a few different languages. Also in art, we do use a little bit of technology. You can look up pictures of things, if you need to draw something, and print it. In just about every class, we also use Smart Boards for the teachers. Even the little kids get to use many different websites. This Link, is the link to get to all the different kinds of websites they get to use. Now thats only the elementry!! Thats about it.for now:).
