Current FAQ's:

  1. When will we return to campus? Right now the situation is day-by-day. As we get information, we will immediately let you know. Stay connected to all West Charlotte social media pages and make sure you are receiving the Connect Ed phone calls. Make sure to follow the West Charlotte Student Services and West Charlotte College Advisor instagram pages for updates: @dubcstudentservices @dubctocollege
  2. How does this impact senior activities, graduation? Right now there are no changes to senior activities in May and June graduation. Diplomas have been ordered. If we get word otherwise of changes, we will let you know immediately.
  3. What happens to my grades? Mid-term testing? Teachers are currently creating platforms for you to use virtually. All information pertaining to grades will be communicated to you by your teachers. Please be patient as staff members are working hard to transition to virtual platforms.
  4. How can I contact my counselor/social worker? Check out the "Professional School Counselors" and "Professional School Social Workers" tabs at the top of this website.
  5. How can I complete my FAFSA and continue applying to college? For electronic transcripts, please contact Ms. Hall. For access to her, check out her "College Advisor" tab above.
  6. What if I have questions that need to be answered that are not on this website? Please reach out to the individual you have a question for. We are more than happy to assist you. Take note that we will return your email within 48-hours.
  7. Have questions about Edgenuity/Credit Recovery? Contact your assigned counselor at the contact information under the "Professional School Counselors" tab.
  8. If I am participating in School-Based Mental Health services, how will my services continue while out of school? Your therapist will be reaching out to you with details. If you need to reach out to them, contact Erin Robertson at 704-606-3244 or Emily Wagner at 980-522-8071.
