    I love this book both for its range of recipes with easy to follow instructions, as well as the photographs that accompany them. It encouraged me to take to the woods to forage for the garlic, have some much needed exercise and feed my eyes as well. Try the recipe for wild garlic hummus - even my 98 year old dad who treats hummus with a great deal of suspicion couldn't resist this.

    Book has a lovely feel, however I wouldnt call it a cookbook at all.
    Yes there are a few recipes, pesto how to make salads and sandwiches with it but I am very disappointed.
    I was looking for recipes, as I already use it to make my own pasta and cheese and wild garlic scones so was looking for other recipes. This is not that book and I frankly I know how to add ingredients to make a salsa, salad and scramble eggs these are common sense.
    Not worth it, well maybe if you have never used wild garlic for anything.
    So so disappointed :(
