CROSS TRAINING EXERCISE EVERY HALF MILE

At the following half mile markers, the Elite Division will complete 20 specific exercises and the Open division will complete 10 exercises at each of the half mile marks: 


  • Mile Mark 1/2 ....... (10) Jumping Jacks 
  • Mile Mark 1....... (10) Sit Ups 
  • Mile Mark 1...... (10) Lunges 
  • Mile Mark 2....... (10) Air Squats 
  • Mile Mark 2. .... (10) Push Ups 
  • Mile Mark 3....... (10) Burpees 
TIMES

This event will have a wave start. 


First wave - 7am

1st Wave will be the elite athletics, this group will do 20 reps rather than the 10 reps everyone else will complete.

Every 5 minutes another wave  (50) participants will start. 

You will be assigned your wave when you arrive at the park. 

AWARDS

There will be a clock at the finish, this event is not scored. Each participant will receive a finisher medal.
