The University of Bath, Department of Estates, seeks Architectural Services under a framework agreement.

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Architectural Practices and a pre-qualification questionnaire
(PQQ) is available for completion (see Section VI.3 Additional Information below for details on how to obtain this document).

Architectural services under this framework may be expected to include retainers as small as 50 000 GBP capital value and up to 15 000 000 GBP
(excluding VAT and fees). The appointment will be for 4 years. It is envisaged that the future work load will include:

Lot 1: Research facilities.
Lot 2: Academic/Office/Teaching spaces including lecture theatres.
Lot 3: Student Residences.
Lot 4: Other facilities/buildings including Sports, Arts and recreationally related, catering facilities/outlets, retail and Student Union premises.

NB It is expected that for lots 1, 2 and 4, the next capital programme of works will focus on refurbishment and extension, not necessarily new
build.
Interested parties may apply for one or more lots. Architectural and related services.

Division into lots: Yes.
Tenders should be submitted for: one or more lots.
