My Story

Wow I am actually running the London Marathon!

Having watched the marathon on TV since a youngster and inspired by the fantastic efforts of my Dad and Jon in recent years it is finally time for me to take on the marathon on the day before I turn 30!

Oxfam believes that poverty isn't inevitable. It's an injustice that can be overcome. We are volunteers, fundraisers, shoppers, campaigners, water engineers and more.

Our incredible #TeamOxfam runners are taking part in the 2024 TCS London Marathon in order to change lives around the world and help in the fight against poverty and inequality. Let's all show poverty the finish line!
