A group of UK Law Schools are travelling to West Point Grey Academy on 4th March to host an evening for all students interested in law - with a focus on studying law at UK universities.
Academics from the Law Schools at The University of Birmingham, Queens University Belfast, City, University of London, The University of Leeds, Brunel University, University of Essex, University of York, University of Kent and The University of Sussex are likely to be in attendance.
Evening Schedule
4:00PM - 4:15PM Welcome and Introductions from West Point Grey Academy.
4:15PM – 4:30PM Studying Law in the UK Presentation : The ins and outs of studying law overseas, differences in education systems, becoming a lawyer, types of degree, and returning to Canada
4:30PM – 4:45PM Case Study Presentation
4:45PM – 5:30PM Breakout groups and discussion of group findings on case study
5:30PM – 6:00PM University Fair. Open to students and parents/guardians Opportunity to have conversations with UK Law Schools.
