Teresa is a former police officer, victim advocate and child & family counselor which exposed her to people at many phases of inner hurt. She is also a homicide survivor (her father was murdered when she was a child), a child who grew up in domestic violence and a survivor of child sexual molestation. She knows how unresolved past hurt leads to the hurting of others, self-abuse, and/or allowing oneself to be hurt. The combination of personal and professional experience fuels her passion to help others break free from past hurts and create the life they deserve. Teresa now serves others as a Certified Neuro-Transformational Results Coach, speaker, and Best-Selling Author. She helps others by sharing the principles, practices and techniques that were used to help her. Those who have participated in her Break Free 360 private coaching, attended her workshops, or have heard Teresa speak have left with more confidence, a clearer purpose and inspired to follow dreams that are true to their real identity.

Teresa aims to serve the high functioning adult survivor of childhood trauma who is ready to break free from the self-sabotage, shame and blame of the past to create the life she/he truly desires and deserves.

    The media could not be loaded.
    This book was captivating, though provoking and exactly what I needed to read. From the very beginning Teresa got my attention and I didn't want to stop reading! She was brave enough to share intimate details of her personal story. Her transparency is to be commended! Her story gives us all hope to MAKE TGE CHOICE to re-write our story according to our own rules! I downloaded the ebook and can't wait to get the physical book! The is a Must Read!
