Alamo Area Aquatics is planning a travel trip and we want you to be a part of this fun team building event.  Our plans are to compete at the 72nd Annual Frost Bank - West Texas Invitational in Midland, Texas.  We will depart in the morning of June 8th, compete from June 9-11, and return in the evening of June 11th.  The meet offers both Timed Finals and Prelims / Finals formats, plus Relays.  

The trip is open to all swimmers, age 11 and older, who have achieved at least one (1) BB time standard.  Applications of interest must be submitted no later than April 5, 2017.  

There are only 50 available slots for athletes.  After all applications are submitted, the coaching staff will review each application and select athletes based on current USA swimming times (BB +). The coaches will evaluate each application and keep an equal balance of gender and age.

Our trip includes bus transportation, hotel room for three nights (with three swimmers assigned to each room), all meals, meet entry fees, and a keepsake team shirt.  Coach chaperones, assigned per every 12 athletes, will be on the bus and staying at the hotel with the athletes.

The cost per swimmer is $500.  A deposit of $250 is to be paid by April 30th, with the balance due June 1st.
