This is a Presentation Proposal Form for Reach for the Stars, Rhode Island's 2022 Statewide Self-Advocacy Conference, which will take place virtually on Thursday, June 16th, and Friday, June 17th.
If you’re interested in presenting at this year's conference, use this form to answer the following 9 questions about your session. Let us know what you’d like to talk about, who’s on your presentation team, and when you’re available to speak at this year’s conference.
