Communities of Care: Cultivating Resilience and Joy for Teachers to Thrive
Join us for the this free virtual program beginning Jan. 4 and ending May 31, 2022. K-12 educators across California will gather for four 90-minute engaging workshops across one month, and then for four 1-hour monthly check-ins (8 meetings total) to build a sustainable practice of self-compassion, rebuilding and protecting your reservoir of teacher strength, and re-imagining education with creativity and joy. Teachers will develop tools, strategies, and resources for implementing positive change while promoting good health and well-being. Teachers who participate fully (attend all sessions and submit one lesson, learning activity, or story to share) will receive a $200 stipend.
