Hello MPQer!

This guide and tier list was made with the idea that the 4-star tier is judged very differently than the 3-star and 5-star tiers.

The 4-star tier is more polished and balanced than the 3-star tier and the way characters function when boosted becomes more important

as you gather more and more 4-star champions. Here's a thread I posted on reddit outlining the differences between the game as a 3-star
