Note: This Workshop was originally scheduled for May 4, but after much discussion with Rene, the instructor, and our other core team members, and following multiple weather forecasts, we’ve made the difficult decision to POSTPONE the workshop for 2 weeks, to Saturday, May 18th. We are an outdoor space, so we are very weather sensitive; usually workshops this time of year are not subject to weather issues, but this unusual May rainstorm is looking like it is getting bigger, with approximately 1 inch of rain forecast plus rain will last all morning and into the afternoon, when the wind will kick up and make it very unpleasant to try to make paper art in an outdoor garden. Other outdoor festivals such as the How Weird Street fair, have also postponed.
