Hello Neighbors,
We designed this survey to determine the needs of our neighbors during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to connect those who want to help with safe ways to do so. Many of us are worried about our own health, our families, and our neighbors. Guilford is a strong town with resilient citizens, but we will be better able to withstand potential hardship if we are prepared with a coordinated network.
If you are IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE with anything during this challenging time, including food shopping and delivery, running errands, picking up prescriptions, connecting with physical and mental health professionals, or just to talk on the phone with a neighbor, or ANYTHING ELSE, please fill out the survey below to connect with the resources you need.
If you are INTERESTED IN VOLUNTEERING TO HELP your neighbors, please fill out the survey to share what you can offer, such as lending a hand by running errands or helping with food distribution.
No part of the survey is required, but the more information you provide, the better we will be able to coordinate. Don’t hesitate to list your needs (now and anticipated). You will be able to edit your responses after you submit them. So if your needs and resources change over time, please update them.
If you know someone who is not online much and/or would find it difficult to fill out this survey, please have them contact us and we can do this over the phone.
