Hofstra Student Leadership Awards 2021 Nomination Form
The Office of Student Leadership and Engagement and the Division of Student Affairs invites students, staff, and faculty to nominate a current Hofstra student or a campus organization that has demonstrated commitment to the campus community. Students are permitted to nominate an organization or campus group of which they are a member. Nominators are welcome to submit multiple nominations.

Nominations close on March 15, 2021 at 11:59pm, and the ceremony will be hosted on the Hofstra University YouTube channel on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at 2pm
