NYNHP wetland landowner access response
The State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry’s New York Natural Heritage Program (NYNHP), a science-based non-regulatory organization responsible for documenting locations of rare species and assessing the quality of natural areas, will be conducting an ecological assessment of wetlands throughout New York State.

The NYNHP field crew and our research partners have requested permission to access your property as part of their efforts to assess wetland health and ecosystem functionality in randomly selected wetlands in New York.
