Step Right Up to the Greatest Summer Adventure at Pioneer CTC. Get ready for a thrilling week of excitement, discovery, and hands-on fun at the Summer Carnival Camp! From June 3rd to June 6th, 2024, we invite students entering grades 4-6 to join us at Pioneer for an unforgettable experience that blends education with the magic of a carnival atmosphere. Picture this: Culinary Carnival where you'll become a mini-chef, Media Mania to explore the world of media creation, Graphic Arts Galore to design your own wearable masterpiece, Carpentry Creations where math meets craftsmanship, and the Horticulture Haven where you'll cultivate your green thumb, and finally, the  IT Escape Room where Students will embark on a challenge to utilize IT skills like searching, data analysis, and critical thinking to solve clues and uncover hidden treasures.

The festivities culminate in a Thursday Field Trip and a grand Carnival at Pioneer, promising laughter, games, and surprises galore! 🌟🎈

🎪Monday to Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM  🎪Thursday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Field trip & a mini Carnival)

Registration opens at March 13th at 3:00pm

Station Activities: Students will complete two stations a day during Monday-Wednesday

  • Culinary Carnival:

    • 🍔 Activity: Learn about being a chef and create tasty treats to take home.

    • 🎁 Bonus: Make delicious prizes for Thursday's Carnival.

  • Media Mania:

    • 📱 Activity: Explore social and traditional media. Make a movie showcasing students in action during camp.

    • 🎬 Bonus: Premiere the movie at Thursday's Carnival!

  • Graphic Arts Galore:

    • 🎨 Activity: Discover the world of graphic arts and create your own shirt for the Thursday field trip and Carnival.

    • 👕 Bonus: Wear your creation proudly at our field trip on Thursday!

  • IT Escape Room:

    • 🖥️ Activity: Engage in an immersive IT escape room experience.

    • 🔍 Solve puzzles, crack codes, while unlocking and learning about secrets of the IT world 

  • Carpentry Creations:

    • 🔨 Activity: Understand how math and reading are used in carpentry. Make mini cornhole boards to take home and larger ones for Thursday's Carnival grand prizes.

    • 🏆 Bonus: Win a giant cornhole board at the Carnival!

  • Horticulture Haven:

    • 🌱 Activity: Explore horticulture and farming. Create starter kits and prizes for Thursday's Carnival.

    • 🌻 Bonus: Take home a piece of the garden!

Important Reminders:

  • 📢 Lead by Pioneer CTC's teachers, staff and students. 

  • 🚌 Thursday's Field Trip: Don't forget to bring your enthusiasm, and camp shirt. Lunch will be provided.

  • 🎟️ Carnival Day: Students will enjoy games, prizes, and lots of fun on Thursday!

  • 🤝 Team Spirit: Wear your camp shirt on Thursday to show unity and team spirit.
