Example 1

1. You file an app on this thread and you are accepted
2. You loan out 500k to Player 1
3. You pay Platinum Insurance a fee (We will usually charge 10-15% of the loan)
Lets say, 75k (15%)
4. If Player 1 has scammed you, then Platinum Insurance will pay you back the 500k, GUARANTEED!

Example 2

1. You file an app on this thread and you are accepted
2. You loan out 300k to Player 2
3. Since Player 2 is a staff member, Platinum Insurance has decided that he/she is trustworthy. We only charge a 5% fee (15k)
4. If Player 2 ever scams, then you will receive your full 300k back, GUARANTEED!

The minimum amount being loaned out must be 100k to be qualified for insurance. Curent max amount is 500k.

General Purpose of Contract: To provide insurance for @Player01's loan

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
-@Player01 must pay @imSwag__ <Specified amount> within 24 hours of contract approval
-If @Player01 is scammed of his <Specified amount> loan, he is required to file a complaint. -If @scammer01 is banned for loan scamming, @Player01 can request his money back. The request will not be valid until @scammer01 is banned.
-@Player01 is responsible for requesting his money back via Forum pm within 48 hours of @scammer01 being banned. If 48 hours has passed without a request, @Player01 will no longer be eligible of his <Specified Amount> back.
-@Player01 agrees that in the event that @Scammer01 successfully appeals and pays back the loan, @Player01 agrees to pay back <Specified amount> to @imSwag__ within 48 hours of receiving payment. Not doing so will result in breach of contract.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
-@imSwag__ is required to pay <Specified Amount> to @Player01 within 7 days of receiving a valid request.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. You can earn 5% of all our profits every 200k investment, until your investment is doubled. A contract will be needed for investments over 100k. We will currently not accept more than 1 million in investments in total, however that may change. Minimum amount to invest is 10k. You may not cash out until your investment has been in Platinum Insurance for 30+ days, or if you reach x2 your investment. Cashing out before 30days or reaching x2 your investment will result in receiving only 75% of your investment.

It is outlined in the contract, that (Player01), the victim, must pay back 50% of the amount received, if the scammer ever returns.

For Some reason, after editing the contract, the 'Spoiler' is broken, and whenever I fix it, it breaks again. Does anyone know how to fix it? Meanwhile, read the contract in 2 separate spoilers
