Who would have thought that I’d start off as a painfully shy child writing stories and end up as a painfully shy adult writing books and publishing them for others to read? Crazy? That’s me!!

When I was a little girl, I read every book I could get my hands on and if I didn’t have one available to read, I’d get out my pencils and paper and write down stories and scenes. Waiting for my mom to finish working, I’d duck into the ladies’ breakroom and use the typewriter. I’d feel like Jessica Fletcher, happily tap, tap, tapping away until I got to ‘The End.’ Couldn’t quite get the flourish after that and end up tearing the paper, but it was cool and scary to sit down and read the book or give it to my friends to read.

Now my ‘typewriter’ doesn’t clack the same way and the I don’t even have paper to pull out of it with a nod of satisfaction, but I have the joy and excitement of sharing my characters and books with people all around the world!

I hope you’ll enjoy reading my books, because I’m going to keep writing as long as the characters are feeling chatty!

    Reina Torres is a wonderful author, I've been reading her books and each one is page turning and you just can't put them down.
    In this book, the third in the Center City First Responders series is a great book. I love the characters, Irish and Theo, they give so much to the story that you feel as though they're your friends. Love how the emotions that each character feels , you can also feel. Reina writes so well that her characters bring her books alive.
    This is a fast pace read but so much is packed in that you can't get enough you want to keep reading. I fell in love with all her characters, especially Miriam, and also the mystery of Theo's fellow worker .
    Can't wait to read more of Reina books 📚

But she has a warped self view and horrible self confidence from being curvy her whole life. Theo is a firefighter and has interacted with Irish, who works at the 911 center. And he loves her curves. But she fights his advances not believing them. When they come together it’s awesome. He loves her for her and her big heart. They are perfect.

    This the 3rd book in the Center City First Responders series. Theo Noble is a firefighter and Irish Healy is a 911 call center operator. They are both excellent at their job and very compassionate.
    Theo has been attracted to Irish since seeing her at Ciro's bar, but Irish is hesitant to go out with him. She is self-conscious about how she looks, but does agree to go out with him. I love how caring Theo is towards Irish. He is such a great guy and a really hot firefighter.
    This is one of my favorite books by Reina Torres. Can't wait for the next one in this series!

    This book is a First Responders book by Reina Torres. Theo is a firefighter and Irish is a 9-1-1 operator. Irish is also a plus size woman who has been bullied and belittled her entire life and she lacks confidence big time. She has a heart of gold, is always looking for the good in people and loves helping people. Irish always makes stuffed animals for children that are hurt and end up in the hospital so they have something to cuddle. She is also dealing with another operator who is nasty not just to her but also to the callers she talks to. There is suspense to this book but it's mostly about Theo helping Irish believe not only in herself but him as well. A beautiful love story!

    The Man for Her is the third book in the Center City First Responders series by Reina Torres. Theo Noble is a Firefighter and has been Mr May on a fund-raising calendar. Irish Healey is a 9-1-1 Operator who considers herself to be too big for anyone to want to date her. Theo has heard Irish’s voice while dealing with emergency calls. Irish is always kind, compassionate and helping to calm the person in need of support while waiting for emergency services. Theo tries to get Irish to go out on a date with him. When their first date happens someone tries to get Irish to leave humiliated, they succeed. But, Theo does not give up! Such a wonderful story of Theo falling in love with someone who has body issues and Irish learning to trust what Theo says is true. Theo sees all the sweet characteristics that make Irish so adorable to him. Reina Torres has written this story with a lot of sensitivity. The words that come out of Irish and her friends are laugh out funny. Wonderful dialogue. This book is another great read in this series. Looking forward to reading the next book, Silent Night.
