Thank you for taking the time to visit the website for our initial membership survey. Specific instructions on how to log in to this survey with your unique membership ID will be included with your paper ballot for voting for officers, which you should receive in early April (Your membership ID is also on the mailing label for IA and SIAN). This survey will help us understand our membership and your interests and thoughts about SIA.

This questionnaire will only take about 10 minutes to answer. This fall, the marketing department at Michigan Tech will be helping us develop a more extensive survey that will explore many of the facets from this one in a more quantitative and they will also help us conduct some online focus groups.

All responses are anonymous, and a summary of both surveys will be reported in the SIA Newsletter and at the SIA conference and fall tour.

Look for your login instructions with your paper ballot in the mail soon. Joint members should just sue the same number twice.
