In this Agreement, the Borrower and the Lender are also referred to as “Member” and “Lender” refers to either of them as the context may require.

WHEREAS:

A.The Member/Borrower is in need of Money to undertake for Business or personal Use

B.The Member/Borrower is desirous of borrowing a further sum of Ksh amount below from the Lender;

C.The Lender has at the express request of the Borrower agreed to grant to the Borrower financial facilities for a sum of KSh amount below(“The Loan”);

D.The proposed facility will be utilized by the Borrower/Member;

E.The Borrower has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of this Loan Agreement and to pay in full in the manner set forth herein all monies lent to her by the Lender.

NOW THEREFORE IN CONSIDERATION OF the advances to be made by the Lender to the Borrower and the mutual covenants and agreements hereinafter contained and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

a.Must have contributed up to date

b.Must be up to date with loan payment and the interests

c.Must have a minimum of 2 guarantors who shouldn’t be having a loan,their payments must be up to date and there shouldn’t be double guarantying of individuals

d.Must take a maximum of ksh ………………… annually with a 10% interest

e.Application must be done via the WhatsApp group indicating the amount and the guarantors, With a successive signing and sending the signed loan form respectively on the whatsapp platform

f.Failure to pay loan full amount as per the agreed time will result to the balance of the loan being pushed to the next month at an interest of 10% of the loan balance. i.e. this is done up to three months failure to pay agenda (3 iii g ) action shall be taken.
