Amanda Freeman, owner of Mixie Design Co., is thrilled to be back to lead the Women In Milford Canva 201 workshop! She will be teaching us about taking our Canva design skills to the next level and answering all of our questions with hands-on learning! We will revisit some of the basics that were discussed in our first Canva meetup, but this lesson is all about making our designs look great and how we can use this free app for more than just the basics. Please bring your laptop or phone, as you will be able to work on your own cohesive designs and strategy live during Amanda's mini workshop.

Since the age of 19, Amanda Freeman has been a small business owner. Now, two decades later, she is helping others find their own brand of success in the world of small business ownership through strategic design and strategy. Her specialties include websites, graphic design, branding, and marketing of all varieties. 

With a background in psychology, user experience, and design, Amanda has made it her mission to help others navigate the path of small business ownership in the digital realm. Her focus is mainly on a 360 degree digital marketing strategy that includes web design, copywriting, graphic design, photography, and brand management, but she helps businesses with marketing projects of all sizes. Each of her clients may be different in industry, years of experience, and general goals, but their successes all boil down to one thing; They are all making an impact in their communities.

Amanda is a hype girl at heart and lives to cheer on small businesses and support local every chance she gets. She gets excited about mom and pop coffee shops, farm stands, and anyone with a passion for what they do. She is always on board with good humans making a positive difference in the world.
