The Michigan Integrated Continuous Improvement Process (MICIP) is a pathway for districts to improve student outcomes by assessing whole child needs to develop plans and coordinate funds. MICIP involves how we think about improving student outcomes (mindset) to engage in a comprehensive and iterative continuous improvement cycle (process) using a streamlined, integrated, web-based software application (platform).
This no-cost, live virtual event is designed to be a flexible series to support all districts with MICIP, the Michigan Integrated Continuous Improvement Process. Teams are encouraged to register at any time during the duration of the offerings. This series offers participants the opportunity to build their understanding of MICIP. A tiered approach will be delivered to support districts at various stages of implementation. The format of the sessions will include facilitated work time and targeted support for all teams in attendance. In addition, school or district teams can access implementation facilitators from Wayne RESA for personalized support. To learn more, you can access Wayne RESA’s continuous improvement content here.
