What strengths can you bring to the PTO Board?
The Board requires a level of commitment beyond our standard membership. In addition to the duties outlined in the attached document, we have the following requirements for participation on the board:

(1) Attendance at all Board meetings: Meetings will be held once per month, on a day and time that works for the majority of officers. In addition, we may hold special planning sessions and a kick off meeting, as well as summer sessions, as necessary.

(2) Attendance at school wide PTO meetings: Meetings for members will be held at least once per quarter, where updates will be provided and decisions will be voted on, as necessary. Board members are required to be in attendance at these meetings.

(3) Participation in PTO events: Executive officers must align with one major event during the year, and Committee Chairs are expected to be present at events held by their committees. This ensures all Board members are involved in events and initiatives throughout the year.
