Thank you for your interest in donating your talent as a performer at this year's Black Heritage Juneteenth Festival! Please fill out the information below to be considered for a time slot on the day of.
Please include an email (preferred) and/or phone number where we can contact you or we will not be able to follow up with you. Include a "Performer Bio" if you have one. If selected to perform, this will be read by our hosts before you perform on the day of the festival. If you have videos or recordings of performances you have done in the past, please share them in the "Sample of Work" section. This helps our committee get a better understanding of what you do.
If you are bringing background music, be prepared to have it on a CD or phone that plugs into a 3.5 mm jack (standard aux cord), or an mp3 file. If your performance includes instruments, you must provide them on your own. Keep in mind that the Juneteenth Festival is a family-friendly event.
