Come join this casual, slightly organized gathering of vanlifers and other nomads in Colorado's Rocky Mountains designed to bring people together to build community on the road. 

Make new friends. Enjoy campfires under the stars. Bring a dish for the Friday night potluck. Bring your mat for yoga. Pack a fun light up outfit for a Saturday night desert dance party. 

Everyone is welcome regardless of what you drive, how you look, or how you identify. We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable. This event is for you.

⛺ Location This gathering will be dispersed camping on Forest Service land. No facilities or services, roughly 25 minutes from town. This is a Leave No Trace event. Pack it in, pack it out. 

🐕 Dogs Dogs must be under control at all times and picked up after. Leashes preferred in camp.

💩Pack out All Waste Human and dog, both please. This is a high-impact area.

💕 Recreate Responsibly
Let’s be aware of our footprint/impact. Areas get closed off when we don’t treat them right. Travel and camp on durable surfaces only. Park and walk only in already impacted areas (campsites, trails, etc).

🏔️ Buena Vista? Buena Vista means “Beautiful View” in Spanish, though locals pronounce it Bew-na Vista. Or simply "BV."

The land we will be on is the traditional territory and homelands of indigenous people. This area is home to the Ute Tribe. The Ute people are the oldest residents of Colorado. Please be mindful of this as we gather.
