                              • Please Note:

                                • All payments must be made in full along with a completed application and all supported documents including two (2) Government ID's and Food Handlers Permit. Partial payments will NOT be accepted.
                                • Food and Beverage Vendors are required to have a valid Health Certificate and Food Handlers' Permit.
                                • The Festival Committe prohibits BOTTLES. All drinks must be served in a plastic cup or container. If vendors are found serving drinks in bottles the Royal Bahamas Police Force will close that stall down. If bottles are left at the stall at the close of each event the $50.00 deposit will be forfeited.
                                • Stall helpers are required to have a Health Certificate. If they do not have a Health Certificate they will be told by the Royal Bahamas Police Force to leave the stall.
                                • Conch Stall Vendors are required to pay a refundable $300.00, the deposit will be returned after the Committee had inspected the area to ensure that the area is clean.
                                • Vendors are FORBIDDEN to sell Toy Guns or use them as prizes.
                                • If a Vendor fails to be forthrightg with appliance usage, they will be FINED $150.00 by the Committee. Failure to pay the fine will result in the stall being closed down by the Royal Bahamas Police Force.
                                • ALL stall assignments are FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.
