Fall 2019 Later Gator Kids Consignment Sale VENDOR EVENT
JOIN US at our 9th Semi-Annual Later Gator Kids Consignment Sale!  Held at Bismarck Event Center in Hall D.  Later Gator is the largest Kids Pop-Up Sale in North Dakota.  We have over 200 area families who bring their kids items for us to sell over a 3 day sale event.

VENDORS ARE INVITED TO JOIN US ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 for our Half-Price Day -- which is one of our best attended shopping days!!!  (Vendors DO NOT have to have items for Half-Price...just our kids consignment items!!)

This day is our FAMILY FUN DAY We will have a fun day for the kids, including TRICK OR TREATING with Later Gator & our vendors on Saturday!  We ask each vendor to have something fun for the kids -- it could be a sweet treat or non-food item such as pencils, stickers, etc.  Vendors are welcome to dress up along with the kids -- but not required!   We did this last year and the vendors enjoyed the extra interaction with the families!!  

SET-UP:  Saturday, September 21 starting at 7:00 AM -- with all vendors in place by 8:50 AM.   Due to the nature of our event, we are unable to accommodate set-ups on Friday night or earlier than 7:00 AM on Saturday morning.  

PUBLIC SHOPPING HOURS WITH VENDORS:  9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

TEAR DOWN: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM  -- Please take note:  Later Gator will have another event running from 2 PM - 3 PM.  Due to the nature of the event and the tear down of our Later Gator event that starts promptly at 3 PM, we are unable to have vendors stay beyond the 1:00 PM shopping time.

BOOTH INFORMATION/COSTS
All spaces are 10x10 & include one 8 foot table, 2 chairs & 1 wi-fi password (good for 1 device)
Cost for the day:  $60
Extra table: $10 per table
Electric: $10
Extra Wi-fi: $10 per additional device
Note: Booths will NOT have pipe/draping around them.

Grand Junction will be on site if you would like to purchase lunch/beverage from them.  Otherwise, you are welcome to bring your own lunch.  The Event Center concessions will NOT be open during our event.

APPLICATION PROCESS
PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM & submit.  Once received & reviewed, we will send you a PayPal invoice that must be paid within 24 hours from the time we send it.   The invoice will come directly from PayPal.  After 24 hours your space might not be guaranteed.  PayPal is the only method of payment. NOTE: You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay the invoice you will receive.  We attempt to process all applications within 24 hours from when they are received.  Generally, this will be done late in the evening.

PLEASE watch your email, including your junk mail folder!!  We have found that PayPal invoices sometimes end up in the junk folders.  If there already is a paid rep from your company, you will receive an email from Later Gator Sales (which might also end up in the junk folder at times!!).  Please add latergatorsales@gmail.com to your "safe" email list.

OTHER EVENT DETAILS
*No refunds or transfers.
*No late set-ups or early tear downs - all vendors must stay for the full duration of hours listed above.
*No children under the age of 14 permitted to stay in your vendor space during the event.  
*One business per vendor space.  It is permissible for more than 1 rep from the same company to share the space throughout the event, however we will communicate only with the vendor submitting the application/making the payment.  It is the responsibility of the applicant to fully communicate ALL policies/times/communications from Stand Out Events to your team.  
*We reserve the right to share your contact information to customers who request specific vendor information.
*If a Clause of this Agreement is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other Clauses of this Agreement will continue in effect.  
*Stand Out Events/Later Gator Sales/Bismarck Event Center is not liable for any injury, damage, theft, accidents in or out of the building.
