GBS Girls Swim & Dive
2024 Swim & Dive Team Information:
Tryouts for the Girls Swim and Dive Team will begin on Monday, August 12th, 2024. Students should enter the building through doors OO near the auto's courtyard and proceed to the pool through the girls' locker room across from the dance studio/weight room. Students should be on deck and ready to go ten minutes before tryouts start to check-in and ensure they are cleared to try out.
First-time swimmers should be able to complete a full 90-120 minute swim workout and be efficient in at least two of the four strokes.
What to bring throughout the first week of tryouts:
Workout appropriate one-piece swimsuit, cap, and goggles.
A lock for your swim locker. ALL ATHLETES MUST LOCK UP THEIR ITEMS TO AVOID THEFT IN THE LOCKER ROOMS!
1 small towel will be provided to you each day
