Welcome to Group Appointment Registration!

We bring together groups of up to 10 people experiencing similar health issues to learn with and from each other. Group appointments run for 1 hour each month for 3 months. Registering for 1 session will register you in all 3 sessions taking place on the topic and attendance for all 3 sessions is required. This will allow the pharmacist to build on previous topics and facilitate a deeper understanding of a complex topic. This service is provided at no cost to you. 

 

Appointments are facilitated by an expert pharmacist to help you learn about your health condition and treatment options. Attendees get support through connection, discussion with others who have lived experience, and hearing practical medication management strategies. 

 

This year, we are offering Migraine Group Appointments. Registration for the Spring sessions is now full. Please check back at the end of June when registration for the Fall sessions reopen.
