We rented Bella Vista for a weekend getaway. We already had our door code so no office stop was necessary. The resort is well maintained and clean. The inside of the cabin was arranged well and stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes and the like. We had a small maintenance issue, and it was attended to by Cody and his maintenance team quickly and efficiently. Overall, we spent the most time in the cabin and for good reason. The views were phenomenal, and the cabin was cozy and full of entertainment options. Make today, the best day! (Cody, thank you for the great advice)

We stayed for 9 nights in the Lite my Fire cabin. The cabin was beautiful, secluded and quiet. The cabin renovations were absolutely cozy and amazing. We loved coming back from hiking all day and enjoying the jacuzzi and fireplace The owners and staff of the cabin and HemlockHills were very friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again soon and passing this amazing cabin and resort to family and friends.

Stayed at mountain Memories three bed, three bath cabin. Cabin needs some TLC: Kitchen clock needs battery Small Teflon pan is so scratched, Teflon is gone +30 seconds button does not work on Microwave Main level floors were dirty and sticky at check in 2 Upstairs windows were not closed properly by previous guest. One window has mold growing in it…seams are separating and glass pane is about to fall out. Main level and upstairs bedroom mattresses are so worn there are body impressions in them Electrical outlet on the right side of upstairs bed is loose. Needs to be tightened. Floors and beds squeak terribly and loud…very difficult to sleep between main level room and upstairs room Upstairs bed feels unstable..could use some tightening Hot tub jets do not function properly…almost no jet power Entrance door rug is worn and is a trip hazard Linoleum in main level bath is bubbled by tub Lights flicker in main level bath Main level couch has two worn and split spots in seat cushion Upstairs bathroom sink is clogged..drains very slowly No lighting on back porch/deck by hot tub No lighting in hot tub Back porch view is littered with trash on the ground and in the trees…kinda takes away from the “scenic view.” Toilets could stand to be upgraded…very short. Main level toilet seat has a worn spot. Upstairs blinds are in need of replacing as some of the slats are broken off…not very private when neighbors can see in. Porch chairs are in need of TLC…bolts are lose and some of the nuts have fallen off Porch swing is facing the neighboring cabin…Prefer it was facing the trash ravine instead. No light bulb found in large lamp on main level living room Toilet seat is loose in downstairs bath. Trash cage needs to be relocated away from hot tub, swing and outdoor eating/recreation areas. Outdoor metal furniture needs new cushions. Flat cushions are pointless. Overall, we had a nice stay, but we were all tired and sore from awful mattresses and squeaky floors and beds. We were disappointed with the view and trash in the area. Thought this would be more secluded and scenic as the name of the cabin implies. Pictures online do not show how close this cabin is to others in the area…cabin across the street and one to the right and left of you. You can see in each other’s windows. I can’t recommend this company until they fix these details as the small things do in fact matter especially with the cost. We would have paid less at a hotel with better comfort and not been charged $130 cleaning fee when it’s apparent cleaning was not thorough.

After being hesitant because of the reviews. We booked and were pleasently surprised once we got there. First of we arrived ahead of schedule and we graciously given early access to our cabin. Once inside we already knew that this wasn't a new cabin so there were some things that to be expected. Its a cabin in the woods, its not the Ritz Carlton. We found the cabin to be spacious and comfortable for 4 adults. People had posted in reviews about the screens being out. well we kind of liked the screen being out by the hot tub. made it easier to hand drinks out. lol Overall i would definitely urge people who know that this is not a hotel room, and not everything will be perfect. to book this cabin. i cant wait to book it again.

We've been coming to TN for 14 years so we've stayed a lot of places....nice places. This year we arrived to the Hemlock Inn. While the pictures look nice the cabin is in MUCH need of repair. The floor boards creak so loudly that not only are those on the main level beyond annoyed but your guests in the bottom basement will not be able to sleep at all!!!!!!! The FLOOR IS HORRIBLE WITH THE CREAKING!!!! Here is a small list of what is broken...microwave door and glass, many TVs don't work or the remotes are missing, floor in kitchen is warped (near the bathroom) a definite trip hazard, showers had mildew on the curtain, toilet seats broken, one dishwasher doesn't work, sofas STINK like sweat and the cushions are worn out, and sink down when you sit on them (need to be replaced), a lot of tops for pans but the pans are not here, need knives, garbage disposal doesn't work, tops on coffee pots are broken, mixer has only one beater that works so basically unusable, oven overheats, bathroom door won't open as the floor is warped, refrigerator door is off line as the hinges click, place was not really clean and the cover on the hot tub is damaged so bugs and leaves get in it. For a place this size the need more seating inside and out. It met our space needs but all the things about need to be addressed in order to continue to advertise as a luxury cabin. Right now it's not. My only purpose is to let anyone else know what they're getting. We're also alerting the company. This is not a luxury cabin. It probably used to be but it's not maintained!!!

My husband and I stayed at Heavenly View for our honeymoon. No complaints whatsoever. When we got there, the code emailed to me didn’t work, but I called the main office number and the problem was resolved quickly. The cabin was clean, and we enjoyed the hot tub! We can’t wait to come back!

I really don’t understand why there are so many bad reviews for the secluded romance cabin. My husband and I arrived here Sunday for our honeymoon, and we immediately fell in love with this little cabin! It was perfectly secluded like the name says! The king size bed is extremely comfortable, and so is the pillows. The jacuzzi outside is in a perfect spot, and is so relaxing. It rained here the whole first day that we were here so we just picked up food and hung out in the jacuzzi outside and played pool upstairs. There’s also a huge hot tub inside next to the bed, and boy does it get hot! It’s sooooo relaxing. For the price we paid, we can’t beat what we got! It’s such a short drive from the heart of gatlinburg also! Overall we’ve had such an amazing experience! We’ll be leaving Thursday but we’ve loved everything about this cabin so far!

I left two messages stating that we were going to arrive late but no one returned my call about any special instructions. We arrived after 3:30 a.m. - and the code did not work. I called the main number and the emergency maintenance number numerous times and left several messages. I even called the police because the alarm was going off after too many attempts on the key pad. Having driven 15+ hours from Florida, we were exhausted and slept in the car the first night - for which I had prepaid. Fortunately, the code worked the next afternoon. I say fortunately because after leaving several voicemails over three days —THE MANAGEMENT NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Not once. Zero concern for our experience. They had payment and did not care one bit that we could not in. I plan to contact American Express and dispute one night’s charge. The cabin was adequate - but no place to walk your dogs without going a block up the hill. This was my first and will be my last stay through Hemlock Hills cabin rentals. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Affordable vacation stay in the mountains, not too hard to get to and well kept. Hot tub on the back deck, pool table upstairs, and Jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. There is also a nice gas fireplace in the living room to relax. Just a short drive away from Gatlinburg also. The bed is old but was fine for a couple nights.

It was just like the pictures, everything within miles away, Great Location! We had game nights in the house, Great internet and cable, I was able to work while vacationing. Wonderful place to visit, people were very friendly around us weather was up and down but we were just fine with a covered porch. Stove is out dates and needs to be replaced. Ice is slow building but frog is good and bathrooms are nice sizes. Enjoy!!!
