What People Are Saying:

Almost everyone I know has, at one time or another, felt like they were just “going through the motions” in their life. Getting up and doing the same things over and over and over....almost like the autopilot switch had been thrown in their brains. No particularly unhappy but definitely not engaged and thrilled with what the day might bring. Which is why I recommend Unwrapping Your Passion so many time each week! Being able to identify the things that light you up and motivate you to reconnect with people, to deepen your commitments and succeed/thrive in a world that tends to tell us that just OK is better than HAPPY, is a true gift. Karen Griffard Putz and Unwrapping Your Passion will give you the inspiration and tools to be passionately engaged in your own life again. This book made an impact on me !

Loved reading this book. I have been in a rut lately. Chapter 14, Stumbling Along the Journey really resonated with me. "There are no failures, only lessons". I realized it's okay to not always see the path in front of you and not to have all the answers. I was going through my mom's old letters that she wrote to me 30 years ago (she passed away three years ago). She wrote "People have always wondered why you did so well. I think it is something inside you. Don't let them take that away from you. Don't be content to be average." Chapter 19 When Passion Wanes, provided me with some answers. When passion wanes, it's up to us to determine whether it's a season in our life that we have to close a chapter on. I realized that feelings do ebb and flow and it's perfectly okay. We are only human after all. This book was lovely to read and the timing was perfect.

This is one book that I keep returning to from time to time for reminding me of my progress, and to learn how to discover and maintain new passions. Highly recommend this book!
