Midland Dam Failure Relief
Donation protected
Within the last 24 hours, nearly 11,000 people have evacuated their homes in Midland City and Freeland Michigan in the midst of a global pandemic that has already devastated America due to record-breaking flooding above 35 ft. that occurred following catastrophic dam failures at the Edenville and Sanford dams. The water level in these areas is still rising and will presumably continue to do so for the next 12-15 hours. It is imperative that we give whatever we can to the Midland Flood Relief Fund so that these Americans can stay safe, healthy and push through these trying times. Please visit https://www.211nemichigan.org/covid-19.html to see if you are able to at least donate supplies or share this message so that we can help our fellow Americans fight through these tough times and rebuild that which has been lost. My name is Sthitadheesh Nelapatla, an undergraduate student graduating 2020 from the University of Maryland, College Park. I plan to donate the funds raised here to the Midland Flood Relief Fund to stand in support of my fellow Americans who have lost everything.
