Use this form to sign up to teach any type of class or salon session at An Tir-West War 2024.

If you would like to host OTHER activities (meet and greet, mixer, etc.) at the Arts and Sciences pavilions, please contact staff at  artsnsci@antirwestwar.org

There are four pavilions and an open area (great for combat classes!).
The event will supply ONLY the pavilions, any other infrastructure you need or want (such as tables and chairs, poster holders, etc.) you will need to bring. We will encourage students to bring chairs for themselves.

Submissions will be accepted until June 10, 2024, but the tentative schedule will be released June 1. We will do our best to schedule around other activities, but cannot guarantee requested class times will be possible.
