At the end of each school year the New Hinksey School Association holds a school fête to raise money for New Hinksey Primary School.
This year, due to the restrictions imposed by COVID-19, we are unable to hold our fête. However, we wanted to recreate the community feel of a fête whilst observing social distancing. So, we came up with the idea of a 'Safari Walk' where a map will be available so that explorers can view the artwork created on their stroll around the neighbourhood. 

How to take part

Throughout the month of June families from New Hinksey Primary School and those living in the New Hinksey and Grandpont areas of Oxford are invited to make 2D and 3D animals. These animals will be displayed in their windows and outside their houses on the weekend of Saturday 27th June and Sunday 28th June for you to view on your 'Safari Walk'.
