The Story:

On February 19,2013, Airtight Games released a teaser trailer for a brand new game with the name Murdered: Soul Suspect. It looked like a great game, as i watched the trailer from the begining till the end i wondered about what platforms will it release for? PC? Xbox? Ps3?..Wii U? The only gaming platforms i have is a PC and a Wii U. When the video ended i glanced at the part where they show the platforms it will release for, i saw no sign for a Wii U release.. I don't have anything against the Playstation 3 or Xbox 360, I just don't have the money buy one and they are not exactly my cup of tea. I enjoy my Wii U and if i'm going to buy a game i much rather want to play it on my Wii U, I know many Wii U lovers will agree with me on this one. As i waited and waited to see any sign for a Wii U i was let down with disappointment, then out of my expectations i read why there is no Wii U release.

The reason there is no Wii U release right from Airtight Games:

 

"In all honesty, all the Wii U games I've ever played, the only good ones are the ones that are made specifically for [the Wii U]. And this just doesn't fit."

This is one of the worst reason for anything ever i have ever heard. The only good games are Wii U exclusives? Assassins Creed 4 and 3 was amazing i played both, what about Deus Ex: Human Revolution? Need for Speed? It is exactly the same as the Ps3 and Xbox version. All the games are the same as the Ps3/Pc/Xbox ports but with some extra features like playing on the gamepad and other gamepad compatibilites.

It doesn't fit? Heres why you are wrong: Murdered Soul Suspect is a Detective game if i've perceived it right, Most of the Wii U fans are probably a 3DS fans and owns a 3DS. Ever heard about the Ace Attorny series? Professor Layton series? those are well received detective games. What about a detective game for the Wii U with AAA graphics? Yes!

If we're going by install base numbers, Xbox One is the one who should be thrown under the buss not the Wii U.

 

 

What can you do?

 

Airtight Games real reason is just that they are lazy and does not know that there are Wii U fans out there that want to play the same games as people that owns a Ps3/Xbox/Pc. They perceive us as little kids who only wants to play Super Mario, Mario Kart and other Nintendo franchises. 3rd party developers needs to realize that we also like to play games like GTA, Bioshock, Titanfall, not only Mario Kart, Zelda, Smash Bros. I like all games as long as their good games. Murdered: Soul Suspect looked like an great game perfect for all consoles, And i want it on my Wii U!  Spread the word by tweeting at @AirtightGames with the hashtag #SoulSuspectWiiU . Every single sign helps alot. Lets hope we get some justice for this crime!
