Dear Junior High Parents:

Parent-Teacher Conference Day for grades PK – 8 is Friday, October 28 from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  Children in grades PK – 8 will not attend school on this day.

Due to the number of students in the Junior High, it is not possible for our Junior High teachers to meet with the parents of all their students on one day.  Therefore, if your child is not experiencing academic difficulties at this time or if your child’s teachers have already met with you to discuss any concerns, a conference is not required on October 28.  

Please indicate whether you do or do not desire a conference on Parent-Teacher Conference Day by checking the appropriate box below.  If you would like to meet with any of your child’s teachers, please list the names of the teacher(s) with whom you wish to confer and prioritize that list.  We will notify you of your appointment time(s) in a letter that will be sent home with your child.

Ten minutes is allotted for each conference. To ensure that the sessions remain on schedule, it is important to adhere to the conference times.  If you need more time, our teachers will be happy to make an appointment with you on another date.

Your response is needed by Tuesday, October 11th, even if you do not wish to schedule a conference.
