REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY:  Refunds are available only if cancellation is made by 3PM on the Thursday before the scheduled PNO. This allows us to finalize food and staffing.

Cancellations after 3PM Thursday or no-shows are non-refundable.

Payments may be transferred to a future PNO date only if space is available and with prior notice.

We appreciate your understanding as we plan to provide a fun, safe, and well-prepared evening for your child!
