How to place an order

Blaze: How to place an order

  1. Click on the Dispatch Tab on the left
  2. Enter the member’s name or phone number in the “search members” field.
  3. Click inside the box of the customer contact card to start the order. To view the customer’s profile first, click on the customer’s name.
  4. Confirm that the customer’s delivery address is correct and the Delivery option is selected. If there is no address or it needs to be edited, click the “Pencil” icon in the middle.
  5. Update the address in the appropriate field and click Save to continue with the order placing process.
  6. Click continue at the bottom of the page to access the order details section.
  7. Start by adding the products the customer desires. Click Add Product to open a dropdown menu.
  8. In the dropdown menu you can search for products by name. Once you’ve selected a product you can choose the quantity using the arrows or filling out the Quantity field.
  9. Once you’ve saved the item you’ll have four different options. “Edit”, “Remove”, “Discount”, and “Finalize”.
  1. Edit - Will allow you to change the product or quantity
  2. Remove - Will remove the product entirely
  3. Discount - Will open a new window to create a line discount
  4. Finalize - Will lock the price of the line item such that if the advertised price is changed, this order will not be affected.
  1. If there are any bundles that were added into the order we can apply the proper promotions through the Apply Promotion tab and searching for the corresponding Bundle Promotion. Ex: 12/01/21 4 for $89 POW Cartridges
  2. Once the order is ready to be placed, click the Send to Unassigned button. If you do not, it will by default, assign the order to yourself in Blaze only.
  3. Congratulations, you’ve placed an order!
