About Me
After graduating college, I held various positions as a substitute teacher, pathology imaging specialist, and wet chemist for a 3rd-party food lab. It wasn't until I began creating laboratory worksheets and SOPs that I grew a strong interest for documentation and technical writing. This led me to enroll in an online technical writing program offered by the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. After completing the program and earning a certificate, I began a contract position as a technical writer administrator for a regional energy company.
As a technical writer administrator, I worked with subject matter experts (SMEs) in revising and editing existing documents, constructing SOPs, and creating a business requirements document.
Working with clients to create content that is fluid, succinct, and understandable makes working as a technical writer enjoyable. I am thrilled to provide my talents and expertise. I am excited to bring my A-game and provide excellent service to future clients.
