Parking charges will be added to the tenant's account within 1-3 business days. Payment can be made online through Entrata, or by coming into the office and paying in person with Interac Debit.

Please do not use this form if you are a full time tenant intending to buy long term parking -- please visit the the office instead.

Guest Vehicle Make/Brand *

Examples: Ford, Chevrolet, Honda, etc.

Guest Vehicle Model (Not Year) *

Examples: Escape, Cruze, Civic, etc. --- NOT Year of vehicle.

Vehicle Colour *

Examples: White, Blue, Green, etc.

Vehicle Licence Plate *

Date & Time of Submission Is Automatically Recorded. This database is checked daily before ticketing of vehicles.

By Submitting this form the above tenant agrees to the parking charges associated with the guest's vehicle as registered. Any vehicles registered to invalid tenants will be ticketed. Severn Court is not responsible if a vehicle is ticketed due to incorrect or incomplete information entered on this form. All parking is at OWNER'S RISK. Severn Court is not liable for vehicle damage, theft, etc. All parking form submissions / sales are final and non-refundable. Once submitted, the charge will be added to your residence account typically by the next business day, for all charges, including future dates.
