IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING

This Release of Liability is entered into by the undersigned participant (or legal guardian if under 18) in favor of The Peach’d Pink Project, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, agents, event partners, and sponsors.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Voluntary Participation
I am voluntarily participating in the Sister Stroll event and fully understand the risks involved, including but not limited to physical exertion, slips, trips, falls, health conditions, and exposure to weather, traffic, or other participants.

Release of Claims
To the fullest extent allowed by California law, I release and discharge The Peach’d Pink Project and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or in connection with my participation in this event, including those caused by the negligence of the released parties.

Medical Responsibility
I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my health and safety during the event and for securing medical care if needed. I certify that I am physically able to participate in the walk.

Publicity Release
I grant The Peach’d Pink Project the right to use photographs, video, and/or audio recordings of me for promotional, educational, or fundraising purposes, without compensation or further approval.

Legal Age / Guardian Consent
I am at least 18 years of age and legally competent to sign this release. If under 18, my parent/legal guardian has signed on my behalf below.
