Sunday Supper: A New York City Fall Romance Kindle Edition
It’s fall in New York, arguably the most beautiful time to be in the city, but Bella Russo doesn’t care. After experiencing the unthinkable three times in a row, she gave up on everything, and her husband packed his bags and left.
Thick in the fog of her disappointment, Bella takes a series of DNA tests to find out what’s wrong with her. Little did she know one of her tests would reveal a dark family truth: her grandfather had a secret family, and she has an uncle she never met.
Even though Bella spends every Sunday supper with her family at her Nonna’s deli in Little Italy—famously known for her iconic meatballs—they never told her the truth. Could she trust them to tell her now?
When she researches her uncle, she finds out he owns several restaurants, so she visits one. Her uncle isn’t there, but instead, she ends up butting heads with the executive chef Wyatt Henderson. He’s a little too pretentious for Bella’s taste, and yet, Wyatt is obviously close with the uncle she never knew. Before she fully comprehends what she’s doing, she befriends Wyatt to get her answers.
There’s one very big problem, though. Bella finds herself falling for this quiet chef who is intentional with everything he does. Yet he has no idea who she actually is.

This story is set in NYC and is the perfect book to read to get in the cozy fall mood. The MMC is a chef, and this book is full of dishes that sound delicious! I would do just about anything to try one of Nonna’s meatballs lol!
I love how the author handled some difficult topics that are not represented often I romance books. We get to see the characters navigate through tough situations in a very raw way, which adds a lot of emotional depth to the story.
Overall, this was a book filled with multiple heavy topics, and were done so with grace from the author. Personally, I felt the romance was a bit too insta-lovey for my preference. However, I would still recommend it and I think a lot of readers would really enjoy the story!

5.0 out of 5 stars Obsessed.
This book has been calling my name for a while and I could barely put it down. After reading Safe Harbor I was excited to see what K Sinko would do with an adult novel. Like Safe Harbor, the setting is tantalizing, the food was mouth watering, and the characters were messy and imperfect. I must admit, I wanted to shake Bella a few times (and the rest of them!!) But for me, all of the messiness of it made the story so good. These imperfect people made imperfect choices and it made it feel so real. The discussion of intimacy was also so important to me as a reader. It was handled sensitively and with love and I really loved to see that in a book. K Sinko is quickly becoming one of my favorite indie authors!!!
