Team: As you know, Maxima was introduced last year to tap into the popularity of OmegaNexus, We invested to create Maxima as an online destination for fans to be entertained, be inspired, and connect with our content.

Over the past several months, we worked hard to generate that interest in Maxima, but viewership is low and the network has not achieved sustainable results on YouTube. This is certainly not what we hoped for, and, as a result, we have made the very difficult decision to discontinue Maxima’s network operations, effective immediately. I know this is disappointing news, and I’m disappointed, too. I want to thank you and everyone on our team for the hard work and commitment to Maxima, and OmegaNexus.

This may seem like the end, but it's far from it. As you all know, G4EVER has claimed the rights to Netsurf and Vibechat, among other Maxima IPs. We'll produce these programs, just not airing them on Maxima anymore.

HR will be reaching out to staff members to provide them with support during this transition from Network to Production Studio.
